Working in collaboration AvroKO Designs and Gotham Developers, Gotham West Market presented Bien Hecho with several unique challenges. Large mobile oak veneered cases were used as product displays by day, then shuttered with lock and key and used as bar tops by night. Birch shelving units were engineered to support thousands of pounds and fitted with heavy duty casters to remain mobile. Near the entrance, we designed and fabricated a towering yet remarkably narrow keyed wine rack, able to hold 20 cases of wine and 60 magnums.
